4Gb RAM for studing

are 4GB RAM and core i5 7200u enough in a laptop. The hard disk is SSD 256GB. The usages are studies and ,movies. I will probably use the computer in order to learn to programming c in visual studio or somthing like that and mabye I will learn Java also. and I am going to play probably only maple story and cs:go.
is this computer enough,and will be runing fast,beacuse I hate slowness.

get one with at least 8 gb. 4 gb is good for office type app. not programming.

do you know if 6gb will be enough ? -but the problem of the 6gb ram laptop+ssd is the size. It is a notebook computer,and it wont be good for movies/series.
What do you think I suppose to take- laptop will 4 ram+ssd 256gb or somthing with 8 ram 1000gb.
Both laptops,of course with core i-5 generation 7.

You need both 8GB RAM and a larger drive. A 256GB SSD is too small for your stated use, if it is the only drive.
