Looking for a cheap fix.

I moved this perfectly fine and working Samsung LED TV series 4 4000 from one room to another to use it as a part of my gaming rig. But as soon as it was installed it started doing this weird thing on the screen. And the warranty is out as well. Any solutions? Video link included. https://youtu.be/5YxrEIrPwBA
The sound in the video is not from the TV.

That does not look like a cheap fix, I would just replace it unless you want to try moving it to a stand and try several inputs to make sure the position of it is not causing the issue. From what I can tell that model is a 32" TV, looks to be about $160-180 new. To fix it you are probably going to spend at least $100 on parts and labor.
