Good Laptops $300 USD and Below?

I am selling my current laptop because it's too big and bulky. I'm just wondering if anyone knows any nice, 13 inch or below laptops under $300. They can be Chromebooks, Windows laptops, or even MacBooks! I'm looking for one with moderate battery life, and I may do some light video editing (720p or 1080p), as well as watching YouTube videos. 128GB of storage or more would be great, and I want one that'll last at least 2 years. I've always been a fan of Lenovo and Dell, but have no preference. The only brand I refuse to buy is Acer, as I've never had any good experience with them and they're generally crappy build quality for the price. These can be used or refurbished as I know new laptops aren't cheap. Thanks for any help I receive :)

It really depends on your definition of "good". "good" for editing by most peoples standards does not come with a <$300 pricepoint.

As USAFRet stated, you won't get all of your wishlist at the pricepoint........even at a much higher pricepoint 6+ hours battery life and editing do not usually go hand in hand.
Looking to refurbished would be your best option IMO

Something like this would give you a decent starting point:

4th Gen i5 (4300Y or 4302Y by the spec), 8GB DDR3, 128GB storage, 13.3" screen for $260 + $20 MIR.

That extra $40-$60 could go towards a secondary battery (or just a replacement, it is a refurb afterall)
