Multi speaker bluetooth set?

Having seen many options, would this work for connecting multiple bluetooth speakers to one source:

I have one of these headphone amps:

Could i connect my phone via cable to the input on the amp and then connect 4 of these to the 4 outputs:

Then pair 4 different speakers to each of the bluetooth transmitters??

That headphone amp will work if you keep the levels very low to avoid overloading the input of the BT transmitters.
You could use a stereo audio distribution amp but these are usually more money than an AV distribution amp so something like this will be better

You may want 4 different BT transmitters so if you lose pairing it will be less hassle re-pairing them.

Thank you very much. I will look at those as an option. Do you suggest 4 different brands of bluetooth transmitter to avoid any hassle? I'm assuming once one is paired with a speaker and can do the others in turn without effecting any already connected?
