My laptop screen is having vertical lines which changes gradually with time making different vertical lines patterns. Also its a touch screen

I have tried connecting it to an external monitor and I can see the display with ghost touches over the screen. After disabling touch driver, I can use it in external monitor. So what's the problem with laptop screen? Is the screen bad or the LCD cable?
