I have a western house TV and can't hook up my sound bar I got the sceptre sound bar and my TV does not have and audio out.

Solution
Without both makes and models we can't check to see what connections you have available. The soundbar should have a aux analog input but may also have a digital input.
If your TV does have audio outputs it may be digital (optical or coax), analog audio, or headphone. You may need a DAC or converter.
If the TV doesn't have any audio outputs then you can't connect any soundbar or HTS to it. Your options would be to connect the soundbar directly to an external source or HDMI switcher with audio extraction.
If the TV is out of warranty you can disconnect the internal speakers and connect the wires to a speaker to line level converter. Not complicated and the converter is cheap.
