So, I have an Acer Aspire E14 that I use mainly for school, but I decided to play a racing game (Assetto Corsa) on it, after like an hour of playing I noticed tha laptop getting hot, dint really care then right after I finished my last race, it turned off. I thought it only needed some rest so I let it cool off for like an hour. After it was cool, I plugged it in, saw the blue light indicating that power was going in, pressed the power button but nothing happened. The other blue light signifying power on lit up and all I heard was the fan spin up and a few clicks, after a few seconds it died again. I need help badly cause I dont wanna spend on a laptop repair again. All opinions and tips are welcomed, thanks guys.

Solution
Sounds like you may have fried your GPU.
only fix is to replace the motherboard.
it's NEVER a good idea to let a laptop get so hot that it shuts itself down.
