There are no USB-to-3.5mm adapters. This microphone is designed to be plugged into computer over USB, where appropriate drivers will be loaded.
If your phone support OTG USB, you might try to get OTG USB cable, plug one end into the phone, other end into the microphone, and hope that it will work.
