Hi All,

Thank you again I asked a question about monitors for my lounge I went to the shop yesterday and the guy was steering me away from the LG 49UH620V for £420 I was thinking of getting. However I just found out at work that I can get special discounts with Panasonic gear. For example:

I can get Tx-49ex600b Panasonic for £594

or

I can get Tx-49ex700b Panasonic for £663

I was already stretching my finances to get the 600b but is it worth pushing for the 700b? And is this a good deal to start off with?

Thanks guys! I want to get something good but really originally i was going to budget only for £500 :/

These links will give you the full specs on the TVs you're comparing:

http://www.panasonic.com/uk/consumer/televisions/4KTV/tx-49dx650b.specs.html

https://www.panasonic.com/uk/consumer/televisions/4KTV/tx-49ex600b.specs.html

Also here's the spec of the original LG TV you mentioned:
http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/tv-dvd-audio/televisions/televisions/lg-49uh620v-smart-4k-ultra-hd-hdr-49-led-tv-10144772-pdt.html

Give these a look, sompare the pros/cons of the TVs and make a decision from that. Personally, I like to stay below my hard budget line, but if you feel the discounts you get at work are worth it, that might be a pro instead of a con even if you are extending your budget.

Hope this helps!
