BRUH i had that problem for ages and the technician couldn't solve it but i somehow managed to in 2 minutes??? what;s worse was that the camera is literally installed in the laptop there's no reason why it cant detect it that's dumb. anywway, go to device manager> imaging devices> [your camera name, e.g., HD Webcam]> driver> update driver> search automatically for updated driver software AND THEN IT'S DONE. i hope this helps good day to all of u :^)
