Convert non Bluetooth TV into Bluetooth TV to view (bluetooth) PC laptop screen

Hello, I have searched the web for a Bluetooth device to plug into my old Sceptre TV (Model X32) so I can pair it with my Bluetooth laptop (PC) and see my screen, without connecting a monitor cord.

I can only find solutions for audio, which I don't care about as I use this TV as my monitor. Does anyone have a suggestion as to what BT device I need to accomplish this?

The TV has one USB port, and several HDMI ports. I'm hoping there is a converter to pair the TV with my laptop.

As I said, there are no cheap wireless solutions for transmitting video in real time - it does not matter whether this is video, or your girlfriend playing Solitaire. There is a standard called WiDi, but very few laptops, support it, and even fewer TVs, without additional hardware. So, technology is there, it is just not cheap as in $10 Bluetooth speaker.

For non-real-time applications, like streaming movies, WiFi is the way to go.

You cant.
- There is no standard way to share PC' video over Bluetooth
- Bluetooth is way too slow for video.

Depending on what you want to "project" wirelessly on the TV, you have several options:
- Google' Chromecast, if all you want to see are online videos. There are software solutions if you want to watch video
- For anything else (that is, your whole PC desktop to be projected), you're looking at expensive HDMI wireless transmit/receive pairs.

Alabalcho, thank you. I don't want to stream video, just my pc screen either bluetooth or wireless from my pc screen to that TV. Essentially, the same effect as connecting a cord from the display TV to my laptop, but without a cord...

I thought for certain by now there would be a cost effective solution. Thank you, I will look into your suggestions.
