Should i get an acer laptop or an asus laptop????

Asus VivoBook Max X441UR-FA023T (Silver), 14In FHD, Intel Core i5-7200u CPU, 1TB HDD, GF930mx 2GB, Win10

Acer Aspire E5-575G (Red/Blue/Black) 15.6-inch FHD Core i5-7200U/4GB/2TB/2GB GeFotce 940MX/Windows 10

Regarding the graphics card, which one is better? Is there much difference? Is acer of poor quality?

Acer has the better GPU so i'd say choose that one

Thanks for taking time to answer.
I understand that specs-wise, the acer would be a better choice. However, upon going through several websites and facebook pages, acer does seem to have a very bad reputation. I often read people saying that acer is of poor quality. Hmmmmmmmm.

im from the Philippines. There seems to be a different version of this model existing in the US.

-I'll be using it with light gaming like DOTA 2, LOL, RAGNAROK, L4D...
-I'll also use it at work with microsoft -excel and powerpoints. (Professor)
-i'll be watching movies, tv series marathons.

QUESTION:
Is the cooling system of this model good? Will this laptop last for 5 years? What do u guys think?
