Get rid of URL Malware

Avast displays these following messages in the bottom right corner of the screen:

"
avast! Web Shield has blocked a harmful webpage or file.

Object: http://atomictrivia.ru/atomic.php
Infection: URL:Mal
Process: C:\Windows\system32\msiexec.exe
"

This has been happening since yesterday. Why are they even trying open ?
How can I completely get rid of them ?

Note the ".ru" in the webpage URL. That is a Russian site.

Probably not good!

msiexec.exe is Microft's installer program. Yours may be corrupt or a fake.

You probably have a virus, malware, or hi-jacker trying to connect your computer to the website.

Start by updating and runninng your AV software, Anti-malware software, etc.. to see if they can find and eliminate the code trying to make the connection.
