So I have this HP Pavilion 15- n290so laptop for a few years already.

AMD A8-4555M APU with Radeon HD Graphics (4 CPU's) ~1,6 GHz
6 GB RAM DDR3 (5,19 usable)
64 - bit operating system, x64-based processor
Is there anything I could do to improve its performance in games and other processes? Or it's not worth it?
