I don't know if this is the right place to post for help, but here's my situation.

I got this laptop a week ago, and I want to stream League of Legends on Twitch, but no matter what settings I try to tweak in OBS, the performance of the laptop is very low and the FPS in game while streaming is below 40, which is not acceptable for normal gaming. The CPU's average usage is around 80% while streaming.

I'm going to post some pictures of my NVIDIA control panel,The OS I'm using, OBS settings , LoL settings, my net connection as well as the actual laptop specs. Any help would be much appreciated.

Specs of the laptop : Lenovo Legion Y520
CPU : Intel Core i7 7700HQ 2,8 GHz
GPU(s) :
Integrated : Intel HD Graphics 630
Dedicated : nVidia GTX 1050Ti 4GB
RAM : 8GB DDR4
HDD : 5400RPM Seagate 1TB (No SSD)
OS : Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

OBS Settings (Log File) :

Internet Connection :

Nvidia Settings :

LoL in Game settings : Everything is set to Medium, the resolution is 1920x1080.

If you need more info, I'll provide it. Any help would be much appereciated.

Hello,

As i see your build, it should be no problem and your internet is fine,
I've been streaming over 4 years and i'm now a partnered streamer with over 12k followers.

If i was in your position i would do these things:

-Obs Settings:
Bitrate: 2000
FPS: 60
Scale: 1280x720
Downscale: 1280x720.

-Reinstall OBS with newest version

--------

If this didint fix it, then try to run your LOL in 1280x720 Windowed.

Greetings
