I have an old toshiba dvix t.v. it has dvd player & vcr player all in one. I got a clear t.v. antenna and I cant get amy channels. I tried pressing input on the remote and there is no option for antenna. I went to settings only option is T.V./Cable.
How do I get channels?

Solution
Main reason being, is that your old TV will not support free-to-air stations (wrong frequency) And the fact that your TV cannot display or pick up HD signals. You would need a conventional aerial for this. Bear in mind, lots of terrestrial broadcasts have been turned off now to make way for new digital services!
Whats the model of your TV?
Also on a side note, this 'clear t.v antenna has had really bad press and i wouldn't waste too much time on it. Maybe consider returning it?

Hope this helps.

Although previous answer in your case was correct, I have one of these and it’s great, 118 channels. A websearch, sorry don’t have name, will take you to a site that can tell by your location how many channels you may get. My previous address in Pa in the mountains got 0 while here in LA County I get over 100.
