Hello, a week ago I installed on my notebook Linux Mint but now I want to reinstall w10 because I did not know that I was able to have Linux portable. The problem is that when I try to reboot my HP notebook pressing F9 it just blink and do nothing. It used to do after I installed Linux. My notebook screen is broken.

Solution
The first thing to fix is the screen unless you have it connected to an external monitor.

Secondly, are you sure about F9? The usual Function key to make a boot order change is F12. If you want to reinstall Windows 10 from a DVD or USB drive you will need to be able to swap boot options.

Try Delete or F2 or whichever key you need to go into BIOS and make a permanent change to which that drive is going to be. Get the installation in then you can set Linux to run off a thumb drive later.
