Just yesterday I noticed random tabs with infected ads opening on chrome. This confused me, as I hadn't downloaded any new files, browsed any porn, etc within the last week. At first I tried to run a system restore, but thanks to a Windows 10 error, my restore point was corrupted and when I fixed it it had moved to a point after the infection started
I then proceeded to run antivirus software. So far I have ran McAfee Plus Malwarebites HitmanPro Windows Defender
None of them are detecting any sort of file, coming up blank.
I've browsed my program folders, there's nothing sketchy. I've browsed my Chrome extensions, nothing sketchy
I uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome, popups keep showing up. Tried switching to Firefox, the popups keep occuring there as well
Even as I type this, Malwarebytes is quarantining a tab and a window popup every 10 minutes or so.

Solution
You should try ClamAV, which is best free antivirus, if not best antivirus at all. But there is bit problem, it hasn't real-time protection and it's pretty hard to use. If this won't find your adware, than anything will help.
