Toshiba Satellite C655D laptop arrow keys won't work.

I bought a laptop from a pawn shop with a bios password.
I found a fix for it, but there is another problem now. There is a Windows password. Well I have a fix for it. But, I have to change the boot order so that it reads the thumb drive first. When I go into bios to make the change, the arrow keys won't work in order to change the boot order.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

All you can do is to reset the machine back to factory settings. That is to protect the data which belong to the previous owner. They already suffered sufficiently to have to pawn the laptop then more pain when they couldnt redeem it. The last thing they want is having their personal data made public.

That said, and also that we don't offer password cracking advice but so long as that thumb drive has a WIndows system ISO on it to do what I suggested above, try pointing the mouse at the BIOS screen.

Many modern BIOS don't respnd to the arrows but it will let you drag the boot option of your choice to the left in prime position or to the top of the list..
