Hi, I haven't found any information about this horrible glitch that my laptop started to show from a while.
I have a Samsung Ativ book 7, currently running windows 10 with no performance issues so far. Suddenly, I cannot tell exactly when (I don't know if was after an update) every time I press the Caps Lock key all windows closes, programs from office closes and doesn't save changes, internet browser tabs, folders, steam app, sometimes only minimizes them. AND the most annoying thing, it FLIPS THE SCREEN, yes, as if I right click my desktop go to configuration and change the orientation of the screen to "vertical".

When I press the key again it doesn't cancel the effect, the led that indicates that the Caps are locked is still on, and it doesn't turn off until I press the key many times, sometimes I have to hold it.

It sucks because as long as it is pressed my files and windows keep closing. If I am playing an online game it minimizes, flips the screen, and I have to go to configuration to fix the screen, then wait to maximize the game again, and I die... I'ts very annoying and it seems to be only me since I haven't found anything about this issue.

I connected an external keyboard, and it still happens, so it is software not hardware...

Sorry if my english is not perfect

Please help

Solution
Try and Uninstall your most recent updates. See if problem is corrected. If yes, then reinstall the updates one at a time. Updates are classified as Critical/Important, Recommended, and Optional. I'd reinstall them in that order rebooting after each update is installed. Yes, it's time consuming, but if an update caused the problem you'll know exactly which update it is.

If uninstalling most recent updates does NOT correct the problem, try to do a System Restore to return your computer to a date/time prior to when the problem began. make sure to back up any information you can't lose ( just in case )
