No picture, or sound from ARC HDMI

Hi every one, Mick here,
Since samsung updated firmware i can not received picture or sound from my samsung smart TV through ARC , to Sony BDV-N700W home theater system, tried mailing Samsung for fix, or any update in the pipe line, had no reply to-date.

hi ya, thanks for replying to my thread, yes ARC is still in menue, it looks like ARC is not getting picked up, by surround theatre, or vice verser , still no pictuer , or sound coming through to surround.
