I believe Lenovo laptops comes with battery manager that generally limits the battery charge to 60% or 80% or whatever value you prefer to use. To charge it up to 100% you would need to manually override the setting. Having said that, it is best not to charge up the battery to 100% unless you are going to be using it away from the A/C outlet. If you want to cycle between 100% and fully drained, I would not bother doing it more than a few times. Afterward, do not allow the battery to charge to 100% unless you are taking it out of the house / office.

Empirical evidence has shown that when a lithium ion battery is close to a full charge a chemical reaction referred to as lithium ion plating occurs. It is a process where lithium ions begins to clump together to form plates. Lithium ions allows the battery to hold a charge, but when they combine to form "plates" they can no longer hold a charge. When this happens the amount of power the battery can store begins to drop which naturally means shorter battery life. The closer the battery is to it's maximum capacity, the more likely lithium ion plates will begin to form. Therefore, it recommended that you allow the battery to charge up to 100% unless you need to rely on the battery to power the laptop.
