I bought a RCA 55inc 4k LED TV (model.RLED5536-UHD) and when i connect my HD Shaw cable box PRV it only out puts it at 480i and it is connected by HDMI cord. also there is nothing under settings for HDMI or change resolution . wondering if i should pack the TV up return it at this point

If you have HD service call your cable provider.
You can also try to reboot the cable box while connected to the new TV. It might reset itself to the TV.

why would any one buy a flat screen if al normal cable the thing 90% of people have put out at 480i its stupid , and the HD channel are a joke with shaw there are 10 and rest are stupid sports channel . best to just return these TVs utter waste of money
