Recently my mouse has began to freeze up after being idle. For example, I'll watch a YouTube video and then when I try to move it again, it will take about a minute for it to finally work again even thought I am moving it around and clicking buttons. It also doesn't allow me to control my keyboard when it is frozen. It also randomly freezes up and stutters when I am trying to use it. I there any way to fix this? Also, I have a mouse pad, it has clean lenses, and it is a wired Logitech g502 Proteus spectrum.

-Thank You

Solution
Hi,
Is it a wireless mouse?
Replace the batteries.

If it is a wired mouse: turn the mice up/side down and clean the optical lens with a piece of cloth.
Also try another underlay; meaning different mice act differently on certain surfaces.

Best regards from Sweden
