That is why the laptop isn't working properly. For the sake of relevance, there is a reason why you need the cooling fan that operates within your laptop. I would like to point out that we're interpreting your term of cooling fan to be the one that is located/bundled inside your laptop and not the external cooling fan that most power users on laptop use.

Mind sharing the model number for your laptop?

Do you mean you did not use a laptop cooling pad? Or you disabled the fan inside the laptop?

If you disable the internal fan, then that is the reason why your laptop is shutting down. And doing so voids the laptop's warranty. Excessive heat will eventually cause electronics to fail.

Actually I have the same problem with an HP Pavilion HP 14-V134CA, no cooler fan build and after 2 years is shut down itself, at the begining I thought I might replace the cooler fan, but the technician said it is no cooler fan inside from factory, no place to install a fan, what can be the problem? It is a hardware to be replace that causing computer to shut down because of temperature?

It's probably overheating. Did the technician replace the thermal paste while he had it opened up? Even if it doesn't have an internal fan, I would imagine it still has a heatsink of some sort.
