laptop won't recognize 2nd monitor

my Dell E5570 via the docking station or directly will not recognize my 2nd monitor using vga connection, tried working ons from other computers still same result

Have you tried using the toggle keys, i think its fn +f8 on this model.

If you have, I'd recomend updating the graphics driver from the dell website, just go to there support section and enter the service tag and there should a list of the drivers there.
