Whenever I connect adaptor to my laptop, the battery indicator and power indicator start blinking. I have purchased a new battery and inserted but still the same issue happens. And the new battery also discharged totally after 30 min continues use. What's the problem, is it related with power adapter or battery? I also try to start laptop by direct connect with adapter and without battery.. but it's not starting.. please help me..

If it won't turn on without the battery, and it won't charge the battery when the charger cord is connected, then I would have to say your charger cord is going to need to be replaced.
Just make sure you get one that is the correct kind for your laptop. Not all are equal.
