My laptops have the problem with sleep function.

I using windows 10 pro 64-bit. Update all driver to latest version and also update the BIOS to latest version (Original is 301 and i updated to ver.302)

If I close my laptop lid or turn the laptop to sleep without plugged in the AC Charger.
The laptop will not sleep properly but shut down itself automatically and I need to start the laptop again using the power button, every program closed and all file didn't saved.

This problem make me crazy!!! I cannot close the lid and move my laptop when i using it's on site!!!!

I capture the video and upload to dropbox, you can see on this link

Anyone have seen this problem before?

Solution
If it won't sleep when on battery only, but will when on the charger, I would think your issue is involving the battery.

Have you checked all the power settings for when on battery power only? I would suggest not just checking the main one showing in "Control Panel" .. "Power Options" .. "Change plan settings", but also go into "Change advanced power settings" and see if any of the options listed could be causing it to turn off instead of sleep when on battery.

Also, I would check that the battery isn't needing replacing as well. If it isn't holding enough of a charge, or putting out enough power, that could also make it turn off.
