Is it possible for a laptop to use 2 monitors, Using a VGA splitter and still have the laptop screen usable. E.G : Screen 1: YouTube, Screen 2: Social Media, Screen 3: Video Game.

Solution

No this is not how it works. You need 3 diffrent outputs coming for your laptop to allow you to have 3 screens with different things on it. A splitter will just duplicate what is coming through to all screens. Unless your laptops gpu supports 3 screens this is not possible. Could you tell us your laptops model name and specs?

Ahh, a *splitter*. I didn't read the whole of it correctly. Yes, as stated, a splitter duplicates the primary display. You'll need multiple IOs for multiple screens, and with a laptop, that isn't viable. Unless, of course, your laptop has a multitude of IO's.
