My acer asphire one is so slow .. can you help me please?

Solution
There so many factors, that one thing could possibly help. So here are a few list:

1) Do a defrag
2) Open up command prompt, and schedule a chkdsk /r to check for any disk errors
3) Try to keep tab count to a minimum,
4) Clean up your desktop
5) Try to disable unnecessary start up programs.

Also, what are your specs? I have an Acer laptop as well, and doing these things keeps it running top notch. Then again, I take my back panel out and get the dust out twice a month.

There are several different models of the Acer Aspire One. But they are all weak laptops; you can't expect too much from a new laptop that costs $200 or less when it was purchased. There are no upgrade options for any of them so they only thing you can do is what Herc08 have stated.

If you want better performance than what your Acer provides you, then you will need to buy another laptop that is more capable. Preferably a laptop with a Core i3 or Core i5 CPU, but it cost around $350 for a laptop with a Core i3-7100u CPU; more for a laptop with a Core i5-7200u CPU.

For comparision, my Acer has a i5-5200u with 8GB DDR3 read nad a Geforce 940m. So it can get the job done, but I don't use it for heavy things though. Then again, it all depends on what exactly you are using it for.
