next book ares11 won't hold a charge

when I charge my nextbook ares11 it shows a charge of 100%. within 5 min it dies. is something wrong with the battery? reset? Replace? If so. How?

It sounds like you just need a new battery.

When they are going (which happens over time to every battery) they will take less and less time to charge, and say they are at 100%. However, in reality, they are actually holding less and less of a charge, hence why it takes no time for them to say they are fully charge, and why they die so quickly.

Replace it and you should be good.
