My older car (2000 Buick) has a CD player, sadly it does not support any format when I copy or rip off a CD.
I use what came with my computer, Cyber Link DVD Suite DeLuxe. Is there a program that will allow me to copy in the original format or a setting that I am not aware of?
Since it has a tape player as well, I get by using an adapter and a Walkman player, it uses a lot of batteries and it is not safe to change CD's or a track when I am driving.
Any advise is much appreciated. Thank you!

Forgive me if I get ahead of myself, because your smartphone already holds like 100x songs what your CD can, play it to your car via a Bluetooth attachment and BAM!

OK you are dead set using the car's CD... whatever software burner you are using can make an CD exact copy, look closer, there is a Audio CD Copy option. Now I can't guaranteed your car stereo can read burned CDR, not all of them can... another reason to dump that old tech and full steam ahead with paragraph#1.
