I received my XPS 15 9560 just under a month ago and had nothing but problems. Very slow internet speeds and trouble connecting. Laggy and other crap. The mother board has been replaced and a complete reinstall of Windows. After having set it all up again, and had four days use a memory error develops and now will not turn on. I have always used a desk top up to now. Are there any reliable laptop brands/models?

Dell is one of the top brands for reliability. If you want to switch, ASUS or Lenovo are also in the top few brands.
