Trojan False Positive?

So I'm using Windows 10 and recently it's been saying that I have a trojan (trojan:Win32/Rundas.b) on my system so I did the quarantine that was recommended however is this something I need to manually remove? Is it a false positive? I would like to avoid having to reinstall my OS. Any help is appreciated.

How can I put this. You didn't give us any info about what file was being detected as a trojan so we can't help you. Need as many details as possible to even begin to help.

Unfortunately Windows Defender Security Center (newest Win10 update) doesn't show the file infected or origin. I don't even see a option to check quarantined items. From the looks of it my best guess is to redo the full system scan on Windows Defender then I'll do a full scan with Malwarebytes.

I believe I'm running into this false positive issue as well. Out of curiosity, what was the application it caught on your end?
