Can't see it when something on the tv is light but u can see it when it's a darker screen or movie seen.. Could my Xbox one caused this? It's real bad when u start the tv it's all the way at the bottom the. Disappears and I guess moves up a quarter not so strong though just darker sceens like I said.. Any ideas anyone?
