So recently my Razer Kraken Chroma 7.1 decided to stop producing noise from the right ear, out of spite. And then decided to further bewilder me in presenting that the only solution to fixing the audio malfunction, was to put pressure on the faulty ear cuff... I've read about issues with short wirings, and even faulty audio jacks and such, but never read about this and would appreciate some insight. If i were to go to a Radio Shack or somewhere to get it fixed, what would i tell them is wrong? Is something wrong with the circuiting in the headset itself?
