After some researching , I settled on this laptop , It's a Dell Inspiron 15 inch laptop .
The specs are :
CPU : AMD A-10 9630p Quad core
GPU : AMD RX 460 with 4gb gddr5
Ram : 8gb of ddr4
hard drive : 1 TB 5400 rpm SATA .

So , is it good ? also I was wondering if the gpu is on par with the nvidia 1050 or the 960m as game benchmarks show it even achieves higher frame rates .
It's for 650$ .
Thanks for your time .

For the price, not bad, I would get the FX CPU models and also swap the hard drive for an SSD, but then you are getting to the price of the laptops with a better CPU and an nVidia 1050 like this http://www.xoticpc.com/sager-np6870-clevo-n870hj1.html A 5400 rpm hard drive will feel very slow loading Windows and programs compared to the rest of the system.

Actually there is an RX 460 for laptops , it's also called The RX 460m , it's 0-7% percent slower than the Desktop version , has the same architecture and specs as the desktop version , You can check it at notebookcheck.com or on dell's official website , can you please check it and reply again .

Link to the laptop if you found one, if you sort by AMD video cards on Dell's site it does not show anything aside from R7 and R9 models. Looks like there is an ASUS laptop with an RX 460 https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834234538&Tpk=N82E16834234538

If there is a $650 laptop with that video card, the video card will be fast enough for games, probably about the same as the 1050, but the CPU would be slower for gaming and the 5400 rpm drive is very slow.

I don't really consider the speed of a hard drive significant , I mostly care about the actual performance .
Anyway , Thank you very much for your time and your help , much appreciated .
See ya .
