Hello guys,
before you read everything below , take a note that i'm not an IT guy at all
i'm not a guy whose good at these kinds

so....
i broke my old laptop because it was "shorted out"
it won't charge , it won't turn on , everytime i plug in the chord , it smells like an electrocuted wire

and now i bought a laptop ( not even close to a gaming laptop ) and it has AMD graphics card
as far as i remember , my old laptop has Nvidia in it , and the Nvidia gpu is listed on "Display" tab in dxdiag

but now my AMD seems to be listed in " Render " tab , with Intel HD Graphics in the Display tab
i would like to know what are the differences , and also , the reason why i checked dxdiag was
it appears to be that i can't run Payday 2 on very low and getting above 20fps , with a pretty decent laptop specification ( definitely exceeds the minimum sys req , even the reccomended sys req )

please help me...
Thank you-

1. not all cpus are created equal, and publicity over a single word is often misleading.
Fact: specs of laptop https://support.hp.com/id-en/product/HP-14-Notebook-PC-series/10862182/model/11612523/document/c05255341

2. your pc has an I5.. one would think like you did that was great news
Fact: Intel® Core™ i5-6200U (2.3 GHz, up to 2.8 GHz, 3 MB cache, 2 cores) <- notice 2 cores, not 4 cores. its basically a glorified I3 cpu.

3. memory is important for gaming has windows needs 4 GB to run normally games usually need another 4GB (gaming needs 8GB total)
Fact: 4 GB DDR4-2133 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB) is what you have.

4. video cards are important factor in gaming
FACT: AMD Radeon™ R5 M430 Graphics (2 GB DDR3 dedicated) is what you have as a video card, two things to note
R5-M430 uses 2GB of your RAM to play so your PC literally has only 2GB of ram to run windows plus what your trying to run...
secondly Payday 2 requirements are low (dual core, 2GB and 512MB video card) so this is why your barely managing to run it.

I suggest getting another 4GB ram for your laptop but before you do I would call HP as I cannot confirm this is even possible with your laptop to put more (ie replace 1x4gb with 1x8gb) call HP support and check. but I have my doubts has I found no information at all on it.
