Can I Overclock My 970m?

Hi,
I have an Alienware 17 with a 970m gc inside and was wanting to know if it's possible to overclock?
The laptop already runs warm so I wanted to ask before performing a mistake.

No you can't, the 970M is designed to work at lower voltages and offers the best performance it can at stock.
Any higher and you risk burning out the chip (Extreme scenario) or overheating your laptop.
