Any help or advice would be appreciated. My old HP Laptop of 5-years had a Hard disk crash. Purchased new HP Envy, Hard drive crashed, within two weeks. Returned it and Costco replaced but crashed in two days. Returned, didn't replace. Waited two months purchased HP Pavillion. this one has lasted two months and I'm hearing the hard drive, I had a crash last night with "disk failure". Chatted with HP, ran the tests, they come back "passed". HP never called back to find out the results. Turn on computer, can hear the hard drive making noise. Is there something I could be doing that I haven't done in the previous 20-years that is making these laptops crash? I'm considering not purchasing HP but not sure who to go to. Would appreciate any help or suggestions. Thank you, Tonna
