Model S55-C5274 Noise Issue

Noise coming from the inside upper right quadrant of my laptop.
model S55-C5274
Is this by chance my fan? Laptop is ~1 1/2 old. Never been cleaned.

Thanks so much for your prompt response. This is my first LT. I clean my desktop computer all the time myself. I don't know why it didn't occur to me to clean this one also. Lesson learned. Once again, thank you.
