Stuck on loading screen

I had perform some changes in setting related to not opening of some apps .These settings were of permission related .After that win 10 didn't get started.

Run a repair setup of Windows to undo what you changed from safe mode. Hit F8 when the system starts, follow the prompts. If that also won't run, re-install Windows clean.
