whether the raid nvme CAN be done though DIFFERENT brand And Capacity

1. You've not specified exactly which RAID you're thinking of
2. RAID + different size drives is a no no.
3. You've not informed us of why the desire for a RAID array

So i must have 2x Samsung 960 evo with same capacity to create a volume with raid mode ?

Mostly, yes. And same size.

However...what is the purpose of this RAID thing?
RAID 0 - Performance. This really doesn't work with SSD's, especially NVMe drives
RAID 1 - Mirrored. This is not a backup, if that is what you were thinking.

So what are you wanting this for?
