I have an Emerson 39" tv LC391EM3 that I want to put a sound base on. The sound base is a cheap one from Big Lots the Art+Sound bluetooth AR2010. I hooked up with the RCA cables that came with the base, but nothing is happening. I turned the base on (with switch in back) got the sound beeps...but nothing comes out of the speakers. Does this have to be paired to the tv by bluetooth and how the devil do i do that since my TV is not capable of bluetooth? Do I need a different type of sound bar, or can I still use this base? Any help would be appreciated.
