My Toshiba satellite does not want to load from the main screen where you can either press F2 or F12 and I have went into both but did not see anything that would help me with it. Sometimes it just reloads the same page over and over. it was working fine earlier and then I turned it off to move it and decided to get it back out. No new updates or anything.took battery out held the power button for 20 seconds did not do me any good tried to hold down 0 with clicking power button that also did not bring anything up. I really need this labtop no other computer to access and need to get taxes done..
