I've tried several different hmw Bluetooth cards in my Toshiba c655, while the wireless part of the card works fine the bluetooth will not work on any of them, it is not even recognized in device manager. Is there some sort of block on this laptop that prevents it from using an internal Bluetooth card? If so is there a way to unblock it? It is currently running windows 10, but that doesn't seem to matter as the Bluetooth did not work under windows 7 or windows 8.1

Thanks
John

ok, well, if there is none and you installed drivers by hand, then i ignore what stops the laptop to accept the bluettoth part on the wifi, unless the mainbard and keyboard has a feature alllowing to disable and enable that module

I've tried an intel ac 7260, 2 ac 3160's, and 2 different Broadcom cards, none of which worked on any of windows 7, 8.1, or 10
the intel cards are advertised as having Bluetooth, but I can't get it to work, both Broadcom cards have it and will work flawlessly in my dell inspiron.

i have a 3160 on windows 10, worked perfectly

once you enable it on the control panel in windows 10

iirc i installed drivers or windows 10 did it for me, you stil need drivers, did you connected the wifi antennas to the card?
