I was doing hw on my Acer E15 and it randomly shut off. I was charging it when it happened and now it just won't turn on.
Acer E 15 turned off and won't turn back on. Has a built in battery

1| Can you pass on the SKU for your Acer E15 laptop?
2| Just to do a follow up, if the laptop was charging, it may be possible that it wasn't. See if you can charge the device when it's powered down but connected to the wall socket powered up.
3| It might also be possible that the battery might've failed. Are you yet within warranty?
