Acer Aspire E5-473 power problem turning on

As stated previously, if you can isolate the two wires for power(to initiate a momentary power) in that ribbon cable then you have a way to power up the laptop otherwise it's a big fat no.

You could look at this keyboard replacement but we're not yet sure your keyboard is faulty or if the key that is responsible for the power up is faulty. You could try and get the keycap for power button off and try depressing the contact under it but that can result in a ugly looking keypad if the keycap ends up being damage/broken.

Try removing the battery and after disconnecting the power adapter from the wall, try and press the power button for 30 seconds. Leave as is for at least 10 minutes before reconnecting the battery and try powering up. I've been looking at disassembly videos of the unit and since it has one single ribbon cable(outside of the touchpad) that essentially also has the wiring for the keyboard and the power button, it's possible that the ribbon cable itself is damaged.

In the event of the latter, you will need to contact the seller(if it's within warranty period) or take it to a certified technician.

Unfortunately no, the power button wires are tied in to the single ribbon cable that goes to the keyboard

I'd ask you to verify if the ribbon cable is compromised courtesy of a technician and then worry about replacement parts(however you sure you're not outside of warranty?).
