How do I unfreeze an Acer One Cloudbook during a factory reset?

My screen says installing windows your pc will restart several times sit back and relax. It then goes throughas if it's loading and restarts. This has been going on now for almost 24 hours. Help!
 
Solution
Try making sure there is no accessible internet where you are doing this. Even if that means turning off any WiFi or disconnecting Ethernet connections. And, if you are somewhere the WiFi is something you can't get to yourself to turn it off, then go somewhere where there isn't any. Then try rebooting the device.

I say this because when the system tries to update things in Windows 10, sometimes the updates don't go through correctly and can leave the computer stuck looping around and around trying to install said update. Until the device has no means to access the internet at all, and gets turned on in such conditions, then it can't keep looking for said update and retrying.
