Hello, dear reader.
I'm comming up to you with my problem. I bet you have seen this problem before.

Problem: Suddenly after Windows 7 reinstall my Dell inspiron n5110 laptop keyboard keys stopped working (Caps Lock, S, W, 2, F1, X).

What I have already tried:
1.Reinstall ps/2 keyboard driver;
2.Turn off computer and hold power button for one minute;
3.Actually the reason why I reinstalled my Windows 7 was, because keyboard didn't work (After first reinstall it stopped work, I was wondering won't it start working if I reinstall computer again)
4.Tried to take out, clean, air compress, tried to shake it, did this like 5 times.

Tip:
When I was into reinstalling process, it was nearly to end, it offered me to choose an language, so I tried to press W and S, while choosing language and it was working (scrolling up/down) I was pretty happy about that, I was sure it will work, but it wasn't.
So I think its not hardware problem, but somewhere inside system.

Sorry for my english, I am waiting for your suggestions to fix my problem.

So the issue is not actually right after the re-install, you re-installed Widows because the keyboard did not work, so the issue is that it just continued not to work.

You reseated the keyboard connections to the motherboard? How about making a Linux boot disk to run Linux live (off the DVD) and see if all keys work fine then. If they do, it's not a hardware issue, or at least something specific to the hardware that only Windows uses.
